Remote Learning

Remote learning is split into 3 main categories, they are:

1 - Home learning (homework) which is in place as normal practice. Staff will upload a half termly topic homework sheet to Google Classroom. Children can take part in as many activities as they choose. Please upload finished work to the classroom for us to see!

2 - Individual / family isolation. Each child isolating will be sent a 'remote learning for isolation' guidance sheet, which is also included below as a link. This will be sent via year group emails or paper copy where necessary. The learning is mainly virtual and includes video lessons linked to the national Oak Academy.

3 - School bubble closure. In this event, teachers will send home class learning for the two week period via Google Classroom. All children will take part in the same learning and teachers will provide feedback on it. Information will be provided via the year group emails and paper copies sent home when necessary. This will only be released when a bubble closes.

Please note: if a child is ill for categories 2 or 3 above, they are not expected to complete learning until they feel better.
